Milan International Film Festival Nominations

Valvisions is pleased to announce that ‘Healing Magdalene’ was nominated for the “Science and Educational Award,’ and nominated by the 22 – member Jury as one of the top ten films entered in the Milan International Film Festival. The Awards Banquet was held on November 7, 2015. It was a privilege to both be included in the festival and to be given an opportunity to spread awareness about the fact that over two million females per year undergo the practice of female genital mutilation.

Thank you to the beautiful city of Milan and the extraordinary country of Italy.
