Girls Back in Nairobi

The girls arrived today from Pokot.  We paid their tuition fees and dropped off their luggage at school.  We were not able to meet them because they arrived late. They take a bus from Pokot, get to Nakuru, and then take another bus to Nairobi which entails a whole day of travel.

We spoke to them on the phone and agreed to meet tomorrow when we take them their personal supplies.

 

The girls each sounded cheerful on the phone.

I met the girls today. They are very well and looked very happy. They have asked that I pass their regards and gratitude for the support given towards their education. One of the girls had a late class so she was not able to join us.
