Schools Reopened

Schools opened on the 3rd of May, and the girls have resumed teaching practice in their respective schools. The rains have been very heavy causing a lot of flooding in most of Kenya, but Pokot has not been badly affected. We feared that the schools would fail to open, but they tell us the rains are not as heavy in their county.

 

The majority of schools resumed last week, and the students have now settled down with their school work. We will have a Choice Club meeting at Kimuka School tomorrow and a monthly meeting at Shiners school on the 18th of this month. We will also visit the new school on Thursday.
