Purpose of the Film

‘Healing Magdalene’ is a 94 minute film intended to generate global awareness about the practice of female genital mutilation (FGM) in an
effort to evoke universal change. This practice must be eliminated in order for the feminine to rise to full-capacity, and, thereby, balance
the energy among the genders—an equilibrium essential for humanity to realize its greatest potential. The film challenges the viewer to ask
whether or not our lives are truly significant and whether or not our actions truly do make a difference.

One candle will light a dark space; a multitude will turn darkness to light.
